I found out when clicking Contact at modlink.net though that he's no longer updating it, so how do I share it with the community?

Upload it to a publicly accessible website somewhere, and post a link here.

Try www.mediafire.com, they're real easy for uploading files. Just put in the gateway file and of course a nice little readme text file to give us an idea of what to expect with the machine. Oh and screenshots too, so we can decide if we are interested or not.
