destruction of computer system

I deleted all files on targets mainframe and also deleted sys files on cosole.
News server talks about complete data loss, but my employer tells me that he hasn't heard yet that the computer is destroyed..
What do I have to do to destroy mainframe??

ok, didn't know that..
But then somehowe the mainframe reboots immediatly and starts up the files I've just been deleting..
why??

error 404 system not found.

I just finished same mission for other employer and it was found ok and I got my money..
So basicly I did nothing wrong..
Can it be a bug??
And what to do now??
Abandon mission??

You have to delete the sys files, shutdown the system, and then wait for the destruction of the system appears in the news before mailing the employer. If you've done all that correctly then it may be a bug - make sure you have the latest patch.

Guess what..
I tried again with a previously saved game and it worked!!
I guess that failed too often before I succeeded..
That would mean that it's not a bug, but made on purpose..
