How do I make this mod work?

Just extract or unzip the file into your uplink directory. So when you go into C:/Program Files/Uplink there should be a folder named GatewayOS and within it all of the files needed for it. Now you load Uplink, go to options, then Theme, then select GatewayOS and then select Apply. This makes it work. One thing, to extract or unzip the files you would have needed to download the .zip file (Winzip). I know that at modlink when you download the GatewayOS it is a Winzip .zip file.
