When Dna FINALLY finishes adding MORE stuff to the mod... uMP3 should be here soon.

we've also added an MP3 player so that people need not open winamp or something in the background, as both Uplink and music playing progs take up system resources like hogs, so we (read mostly Dna) bundled it all into one. which is nice.

MY NEXT MOD!!!! not using redshirt to encrypt things in uplink, so that user files CANT be hacked to find hidden servers etc. <- mostly for people who are adding new servers

after that new hidden servers by me :biggrin:

If stews ever gets the site dev site up, you should ask him to incorporate a public area; which lists all current mods and so on

I'm a having a bit of a fight with Linux at the moment, where I have been doing the development. I think that is cleared up enough for me to finish up the first bit of the site up fairly soon. After that I may work on it some more, but I am studying in Italy this semester and so I am out traveling during most of my free time, so I don't have a great deal of time to devote to this, but I will definitely have at least a secure download area up in the near future. :)
