dont you think the name of uplink to should depend on the story line

but if it doesnt here are my ideas

uplink2: uprising
uplink2: code red
Uplink2: revenge of faith

or it could be somthing funy like e-trade or some other small easyily hackible server gets revenge and launchs an campaign of evil against uplink coporation bcos we screwed their server lol

Uplink 2: Password - rosebud was good, but the tagline idea was poor.
I reckon 2.0 is better than 2 for uplink 2.0 because the 'feel' of it is like the game, or something.
