Programming Language / Game Engine?

Postby Stijncat » Sun Jul 17, 2016 9:59 pm

Hello, and thanks for reading this already!

I would like to ask in what programming language the game is coded in, as well as what game engine was used? (If any)

Thanks in advance!

The game was written in C++. It is not built on any widely available game engine, though the code that IV wrote has been recycled quite a bit into their subsequent games, so one might consider Uplink to be the first game built on the "IV Game Engine". Such a claim would be silly, but meh.

The gaming world is growing every day. In addition, every day it becomes more and more realistic. So why not be part of the gaming future? If you wanted to become a part of this huge sphere, I recommend that you contact the game art studio, they use the latest technologies “straight from the oven” to make the gameplay as realistic as possible. They make the VFX of the highest quality and create a really immersive visual aspect of the game. Here they will make sure that your idea is directly revealed in their work.
