Getting peoples monthely wage without hacking banks

I had an idea for a mod/add on

what if there was a file or a server for a company that had all the account details for there employees that way you could either transfer the money direct to your account or change the data so that it reads your bank ip and account number so you get that persons wage

Constructive criticism would be my guess. N00Bst3r is right, a simple trace would get you caught, if it were to work logically.

Of course, there would be ways around this - I'm sure you can think of some relevant ones.
