A neo-old idea to a pseudo-new Uplink

Hi guys. I love Uplink and if some changes were made I would consider it to be the best game in the World, period.
Subversion is really a new "hacking" game Introversion's making? - If so, Introversion please take this into account:

1) http://forums.introversion.co.uk/uplink ... hp?t=36910 --- slight modification: if we were able to create our own programs and viruses ; and if we were able to hack using a console just like in Street Hacker.

2)Anybody saw " Hackers "? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5l811eRTm7o -- It was made in 1995 featuring Angelina Jolie, and in which hacking was made in a 3D form, a really futuristic 3D form, by the way. People connected to the NET and instead of sites there were sky-scrapers, and instead of connecting to a IP, hackers navigated a 3D world and each floor / room from a building represented a PC. If this was added to "Uplink traditional hacking" , Introversion would make a LOT of money (I think ).


NOTE: I've downloaded onlink and patched it til' 0.0.5 but i never get through the creation of the agent because by some reason my pc reboots and with uplink i'm fine. Can anybody help me?

How about you pick/create a language the programs should be written in and then create an example virus in that language.

HA! Most of the movie makes me cringe, but when the phreak says "28.8kpbs modem" and says all four letters I laugh out loud every time. Oh man is that movie god-awful.

"kpbs" ? Wasn't that "kbps"? The whole movie is aging into humor.
Still, I feel that it has the best fake orgasim in film. Angelina is a pro, I love her work.
Those 3D flights through the virtual computer were all supposed to be inside of one computer, called The Gibson.
I suppose there are still Cookie Monsters around. Just look behind the sofa...
