I would love to translate this game into French (I'm french) but I don't find where to get the files which could enable me to translate it.
Moreover, I don't know if Uplink is currently being translated into French...

You essentially need the DevCD if you want to do translation, because practically all of the text in-game is from hard-coded strings.
