You only have access to the DevCD section if you buy the DevCD and who would spend £30 on it if what they want has already been developed? Surely they would check somewhere, like here, to see if what the want already exists or is in development before commiting to the purchase.

Modlink has a fairly complete collection of all DevCD MODs. :)
