Virus patch

I think uplink should have a patch which lets you infect computers with real viruses like the ones you get in reality and a way in which you can program them and get them on your gateway, which would'nt be nice, but it puts some realism there.
Oh, and while you're at it you could make a proper worl population with personal computers on the internet and things like that:)

Attach a Vir. into mail, disguise it is a needed file for a mission. Then the 'internal' comes, run ******.exe then boom!

And real world population.... Okay... That's more than 5000000000 diffferent names... Half of them would have to be first names, and half to be last names. So, Beno, can you think of 5000000000 names?

And also, it would crash it there were that many names... probably

Yippee! My REAL computer appear to be infected!
After checking, no viruses! At first I think that it's Bagle. There are many viruses in the world, but the first one was 'Brain'.(Ref:An old engraved pencil that I engrave it myself.)

And I'm TIRED of 'code it yourself' answers. If I can do this, I may have started it!

I think what he meant was a population,doesn't have to be 7,000,000,000(7 billion),it can be the owners/admins of the companies you hack.They hold business at home as well as at work in the companies network.You can find the IPs of these users using the voice analyser+home voice mail thingy majigger,upload the end masterpiece and type the phone number into an email to InterNIC.They will soon after send the IP to you.(much like the research done in the FBI).Of course this update would mean lots more work like saving voice analysis's and uploading them to email,adding IPs and the numbers to them,InterNIC's say in all this(sending the IP).
The virus would mean ex. put a trojan horse into one of these homeuser's computers and see what they do,like when your caught in their company tryin to impersonate them(admin),they will change the password and save it to their home comp.The password is now vulnerable to you and you need not worry about changing passwords(which will change dayly).The trojan horse makes the comp send you an email about what just happened.(for anybody who's wondering how you an tell when something is changed).OR,the password could be automatically put on the users password boxes,but that would mean more work,"I still say email is easier",when the beacons were being lit on LOTR3.

Yep! Why not use 'Internation Administrator Database'? with only around 200 names, and if people all here agree to give out their real names, more than that?? Cause if you use 'International Social Security Database', 700000000?????????????? people, as upper (or not?) post mentioned. (only count of citizen.)
