I think it would be good if uplink contained more easter eggs and funny gags. For the player to encounter heres a couple I though off feel free to add your own.
1)Cutting power to your own gateway - There a server some where that allows you to cut power if you cut power to your own gateway. Then game close and when you log back in you get message that power disruption resulted in the loss of all stored data. Erasing all your files.
2) Uplink 2 - If you hack into the introversion manframe there should be a copy of uplink 2 for you to steal.
3) Kazza - If you steal uplink 2 you get an email From Kazza ask if your will to sell it to them. If you do you get email from uplink asking you to help them stop the spread of uplink 2. which results in a recreation of the spread of the revelations virus. Only this time if you fail its not game over. Instead a article appears in the news about Introversion declaring bankruptcy.

Congratulations. You just performed necrophilia upon a thread that has been dead for over four years. You added nothing new to it of any importance. What is even more amazing is that the last post in this thread (the one made over four years ago) was an admonishment not to bump old threads. You have failed in a manner that can only be described as "epic." How does that make you feel?
