I've been looking. The new version of Uplink can be modded quite a bit. I would like to know how one can:

a. Install a LAN system that you made
b. Change missions
c. Change in game names.

Please don't tell me to search. I tried, and it didn't help.

A: look for a lan guide or get the lan creator program.

you can change the in-game names, but they wont come into effect til you start a new user

just have a fiddle with data.dat
