I've done a search around the forums and found that tons of people have this problem but it's not really addressed.

When I start setup.exe nothing happens. The process is running but I get no window.

Is there any fix for this ?

Never mind Fixed it. Turns out the installer is 16bit which W7 can't handle. The actual game is 32bit so its playable.

Download Universal Extracter: http://legroom.net/software/uniextract

Then extract data1.cab from your install directory into a folder. Run the exe then it should work.
