I have a problem with Uplink
I lay it out:

I go to the 'uplink internal services system'
ip.128.185.0.8

than I log in to 'uplink internal services system' and I click at mission list
So to get to missions and then to play but I see only lines with:


unknown encrypted (insufficient uplink rating)
unknown encrypted (insufficient uplink rating)
unknown encrypted (insufficient uplink rating)
unknown encrypted (insufficient uplink rating)
unknown encrypted (insufficient uplink rating)
unknown encrypted (insufficient uplink rating)

(and so on)

no missions no money!
What should I do?

Try to speed up time and see if it works.

If not, and you don't do anything else to increase your rank (which is probable; some things can raise your rank even if nobody asked you to do them, like stealing money, but you don't have the resources to even try that at the start), you will not be of sufficient rank to accept anything.

If you finish the tutorial mission, you should gain one rank and be eligible for basic missions like copying files.

If you've already gained some ranks, then you just need to wait, or possibly do stuff on your own.
