I just need the reply e-mail address so I can send an e-mail. If anyone could give it to me, that would be great. Thanks.

Unfortunately, you can only reply to an e-mail by clicking the 'reply' button; entering an e-mail address won't work.

Hrm? He can't complete that mission, but there are alternate entries into the storyline, no? Keep checking the mission bulletin board -- story related missions should pop up. I believe that the guide has more information on that.
