in all time i'm kicked from server

i connect, go to lan, connect admin computer, go delete all files
and disconnected, all times, why?

i disable monitor / proxy
connect.. disconnect

how i can destroy.. ?

You could try bypassing all security devices, hacking the password, and then going to the Console by way of Admin if necessary and then typing
cd usr
delete
cd log
delete
cd sys
delete
shutdown

That should work

the admin starts tracing him as soon as he logs on to the main server, he wont have time for the commands to execute

OK fine, if you dont want him to adapt it for himself

Connect to the lan

do whatever till you reach the core computer

do the voice impersonation and put in the password

delete as many files as you can before they sysadmin disconnects you, repeat till all the files and logs are gone

disconnect from lan and reconnect to it, redo bypasses

go back to core pc

do the voice impersonation again

disconnect

cover tracks

wait 4 hrs

reconnect, redo bypasses, go back to the core PC

you should be able to get right into the core PC with nothing more than clicking password and clicking the password that is listed

go to the console

cd sys
delete
shutdown

I have been able to get that to work even on the stupid lans that have you dial in and one hop away is the core.

You may have to disconnect and reconnect a dozen times but it will work if you have mouse skills.
