HELP ME! Storyline

I have received the e-mail from the deceased agent, and I have tried to hack into ARC with the password given, but it doesn't work. Nothing happened after that, until May.

I think maybe I made some mistakes, so just to confirm:

1. Receive e-mail from deceased agent.
2. Connect to ARC.
3. There are 3 protection. I just clicked Password, but agent's password doesn't work.
4. Left. Didn't delete anything, inclucing InterNIC log.
5. Nothing happen...

Did I make anything wrong?

Which version of Uplink do you play?

How much time passed between receiving the email and your hacking of ARC server? (if it's more than a week, the storyline most probably began without you)

I'm playing the DEMO version, does it matter?

I just tried once I received it.

As the agent's password doesn't work, how actually we hack? We can't even login into ARC unless we hack by 'admin'. What actually we should hack? Quite confused about this...

Edit key is a good idea, stops you double posting.

As it's the demo version, you cannot do the storyline. Buy the full version.
