So I finished the game a while ago and I've slowly been working my way through the secrets. I figured out (with help from this forum) the Meet the Makers one and I'm looking at it thinking... gee... this looks familier... and then it hit me. The symbol and the placement on the screen is a reference to the movie The Net (another cyberpunk movie). Anyone else get it?

There are so many references in Uplink to various elements of cyberpunk fiction/culture, it's always fun to find a new one.
