Please help - patch problem in full game

I installed patch 1.31 and now the game demands a code word from some code card in the game CD.
I bought the game through download only and do not have the CD or the code card.

What do I do?

What about other patches, newer that 1.31? where can I get them and do I really need them?

Please help

A possiblity is to redownload from the store.

Else try the latest beta patch.
