I'm afraid I bought Uplink through Steam. Does that mean I do not have access to the Uplink Game Bible zip file?

If you wish I can send you the encrypted zip file, I have spoken to Chris at length about this actual issue, and it is not in breach of any laws to just give you the zip file.

I bought the download version yesterday (together with Defcon :D) without knowing of the cd's extra content. Could anyone send me the zipped file, too? Thank you.

you can't do anything with the zip file unless you have the password.
