Entering command parameters

How do you enter command parameters in the mac uplink.
I've tried changing the name to include the command parameter and I've tried doing it in terminal
i may have put in the wrong way

Any help would be appreciated

Not sure about a mac, but try in the "Properties".

I have no idea how to access that without a right-click mouse.

you know you _can_ use a left and right click mouse on a Mac
