Concerning custom gateways...
I've tried to install a custom gateway, and it appears on the gateway section on the services machine, but the thing is, the skin of the gateway doesn't appear at all, and seems glitchy. Is there something I'm doing wrong when installing them? I created the folders it was supposed to be in, but it just doesn't seem to work. I read on the readme that you should change the .dat files to zip and unpack them, except, if I'm not mistaken, world.dat and data.dat. Even if i do this, they remain dat files, and the .zip is in the name and not in the extension. I hope this doesn't sound too confusing, and I also hope this is the right thread to put the topic. Thanks in advance.

normally you don't need to unpack ressource files to use custom gateways.
Perhaps you should try one of the gateways on http://www.modlink.net/mods.php?modtype ... y&pageid=1, they normally work fine.
Perhaps also relevant, what version of the game do you have? (where did you buy it). Other then that running the lastest patch is always a good idea.
