Can't complete missions

When I click on reply and then send for a mission email, I don't get a reply, no email confirming payment, no email saying the mission is incomplete, nothing, this only started happening after about 5 hours of gameplay (spread across 3(or 4) saves), I tried starting a new save and replying to a mission email, I only got a reply once, I tried replying to that mission email 12 times.
