Lan problems

Does one get busted, out of job, if thrown off a lan by administrator? Does this mean you have been tracked, or is there another reason for my loss of job?
OK first all the admin does is kick you off the LAN, the passive trace still happens. It only means you have been tracked inside the LAN.
Also if you want to know who caught you and why, uplink tells you, if you try to re log onto an old account, it will say who caught you and what you did to them.
