Uplink.exe has stopped working!!!

Just purchased Humble Bundle for Android 3, and this game is included in the bundle. I activated it on Steam, using the Steam code I was give. It installed fine but now every time I try to play it I am faces with the error in the thread title.

I can't even seem to find a file called uplink.exe on my computer. is the install of this program messed up perhaps?

I don't know if it updated or something, but I just tried to play it and it works now. I don't know what was wrong.
