Introversion

Hi, I don't know if there has been a solution provided for the loading profile error that was described earlier. My iPads battery died while I was playing and when I tried to go back into the game and load up my profile it gives me the following error:

"Error
Failed to load user profile
The save file is not compatible
Save file is Version []
Required Version is between [Save56 ......"

please can some one tell me if there is a way of fixing this, I was very far in the game and truely do not wish to restart from scratch.

Does anyone have a idea?

I don't think there is any way to recover your save file, sorry. That's a very important bug report though

Can report this same issue - iPad3, power down while among, profile not available. Happened a number of times.
