Bank account overdrawn, so pay fine to myself

In my game I stole money from a bank, and not realizing I needed to switch accounts, I ended up having about 6 fines to pay for overdrawing my uplink bnk account.

I should mention that I mad an account at ever bank, since that is free, and zero risk and would slow down traces.

Well I pay all the fines, and then check my balances. It turns out that 2 of the fines I payed into accounts that I owned! That's just absurd.

So I check the Uplink source code, sure enough the fines just go to a random account on a random bank server.

That should probably change.
