Auto-Fill doesnt work

Hi.
First: I excuse me, if my english is terible like i think^^

I have installed uplink a few months ago, but had to stop it for a time. Now i wanted to play it again and reinstalled it.
But while used the hacked internic-Server i noticed, that i have to type the whole passwort . I can see it under the textarea, but i cant click on the Passwort to let it auto-fill-in.
Also there is a little Square infront of the Passwort (see at screenshot).

This may be a bug because of the language you're using. Just to check if this is really the problem, change the language to English, and see if it does the same thing.

I checked it, but in english it's the same problem.
First time i had the game it was in german too, bt there were no problems.

Okay, I just wanted to make sure that wasn't the reason. You can change back to German now if you want


Try to reinstall Uplink maybe? Maybe even redownload.
Back up your user data if you don't want to lose it (but I don't think you got very far so it shouldn't matter)

It's just the InterNIC password, right? I suspect that's "normal".

I have not testet many other servers yet, but iam sure last time it worked on every server.

I will try other servers now and hope youre right^^

For all with the same problem: Mas Tnega was right. Its only the InterNic Server, all others seem to work (testet all possible service mashines and most banks)

I'm sure you have, but did you try to "re-crack" Internic?

I know for other servers if the password has been revoke, it will still show.
As far as I know, there is no way to get Internic's password revoked, but maybe it did through a bug.
