Hi,

in uplink 1.55 i send all agents to jail (using list from uplink server) and rest agents from bank accounts (looking on statment).
In my case agent Amnesia was jailed before 1st april, but he send mail to all agents (aka dead agent) and was still working for ARC.

I think it is a bug.

Who says you can't work from jail?

I think the _dead agent_ is chosen at the beginning of the plot, a couple of days after the beginning of the game.
