Problem with file copy missions

From time to time I still get this bug: I have a mission where I have to copy several files, and once I get to the specified server, there are 2 different sets of files with the same name.
This time, I was doing a 'Copy a large and secure database' where I had to copy a 'corp' db. I have been able to differentiate them only because one set was using encryption level 7 and the other was only 5. Nevertheless, the job description didn't specify which one it was, so it was more or less a 50% chance to pick the wrong.
So I managed to copy that, but then it got weird:
- The set that I picked was missing 1 or 2 files... there was 0, 1, etc. but I think number 2 was missing or something like that.
- When I finished and replied to the job e-mail, I received THREE messages!!!
- Mission completed, but some files missing
- Payment received
- No files were found on the server
Running on Windows 7 x64.
