Win 7 64 bit graphics problem

Hey guys,

I just installed Uplink on Win 7, after having it on my old Laptop with Ubuntu 9.10 (so no Steam).

I patched it to 1.55 and run it in the compatability mode for Win XP SP2 because of this problem. But unfortunately, it did not solve it.

Whenever I start the game the monitor just flickers like a madman and makes gameplay impossible.

Did anybody have this problem before and/ or has tips or a solution?

Have you updated your graphics drivers recently?

Oh and did you start a new agent after patching?
