Steam Uplink and Win7 64bit

Hi,

I recently purchased this game via Steam. No problems with installation. The game loads up without any problems, ie can hear the music and the startup screen where you register your agent.
However, the game keeps minimizing to the desktop. Everytime I click on the icon in the taskbar to get back into the game, it minimizes back to the desktop.

Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't had that problem with Uplink in Windows 7 64bit at all, mind you I didn't get it from Steam I have an original disk.
Have you looked on the steam forums to see if anyone else has a similar issue?

Also could you list your pc specs and the resolution you've your screen set to?

And as an aside, try running it in windowed mode.

I bet Windows is coming up with oe of those boxes asking you to authenticate the programme. Try alt tabbing to find it.
