I go to launch Uplink every time, and every time the Uplink registration ( Uplink Public Access Server) appears when I launch Uplink each time and I have to register a new account before I can get to Uplink's login screen to go onto my actual profile. Is there a way to get pass this screen or correct this problem?

I'm assuming you are running it on windows.

If i had to venture a guess I'd say when uplink tries to make the saved game, Windows denies it permission to write the files, so when you exit the game, thinking that you have a saved file, there is actually nothing there, hence why it prompts you to make a new account. Try "Run as Administrator" and see if that works.

Indeed an interesting suggestion that may solve it. However please have a look at the date of the topic, May. It is now November, this user is long gone at this point.
