Patch and LAN`s

I updated my uplink to 1.55 and it has only the custom LAN`s i have added, tried updating uplink with various paches after 1.2 but when i search for lans in internic there is nothing, i use windows xp , please help

What is the exact problem here?

You added custom LANs to uplink and now there is no servers other than the custom LANs you added? If yes, you probably done something wrong.


In any case, try reinstalling Uplink to a new folder, patch up, put your custom LANs in the appropriate folders, start a new agent.

no the problem is im instaling uplink, then patching it to the latest pach, now im playing and no lan missions turn up, tried to make new players but still when i search in internic there are no lans at all only the sample local area network, custom lans work fine but i cant understand why there arent reggular lans at all

Because they aren't public, and thus not posted on internic, just like Central Mainframe system.

Connect to individual companies to find other servers on their respective network.
