Uplink tells me I have an ilegal copy... but only in linux

Postby ejoj » Tue Aug 28, 2007 1:16 pm

Hi there removed the dust from uplink today and started playing first on my laptop running windows, there it were no problems at all.
But when firing it up on my linux machine, after som playtime the screen goes blank and the game tells me I have an ilegal copy of uplink??
Why does it do that only in linux and not in windows, my primary computer is the linux one and I'm starting to get pretty frusturated,
The game is patched with the newest patch and without any addons
