German Version of Uplink problem wiht

In a mission I have to transfer money to another person. I type in correct Bank IP an onwer ID. Then I enter a amount of money. For the bank account owns enough money. When I want to transfer the money I get the error message that this is not possible and that i should contact the admin.

That doesn't help... I'm getting the same message again...

If you're putting in the correct IP and bank account #, then my only current guess is that you're putting an invalid amount of money for transfer - make sure you just put the number, that it isn't more than the account is holding, negative or including letters, dollar signs etc. It's almost certainly not a bug, since the game gives you a message. Alternatively, just try hacking a different account and see if you get the same effect.

Beyond that, get the latest patch (from the patch subforums linked to in my sig) and, to ensure there are no bugs, start a new user file.

in the german version the windo of the sending ip isn't showed correctly as one to fill in

Well there you go. I also forgot that you were using the German version, in which case you don't want the latest patch as it'll remove the German language.

Anyway the German version is not compatible with the English patches.
