I've completed the mission, but when Im sending a reply email for reward it back to me with words that mission not completed yet :/
In the News section Warren Sexton has allready been arrested, but mission still not completed reports email.. plz help

It says he was arrested for breaking parole. I'm a bit rusty with Uplink, but is that enough to complete the mission when it says he should be arrested for bank fraud?

Definitively not enough. It seems you will be force to abandon this mission.

Mission Descriptions:
Frame a man for bank fraud

Ranking: Uber-Skilled
Difficulty Rating: 9 - 10
Required Software: Password Breaker, Log Modifier

Connect to the Bank specified in the mission statement, using only 3 or 4 bounces. If you use too many, the mission won't work. WITHOUT bypassing the security, attempt to break the password on the Banks Admin section. When the trace has started, disconnect from the bank after a few seconds.
Now connect to your first bounce point (InterNIC hopefully), break into the admin account and access the logs. Look for your bounce log from the last connection (It should be the third one from the top) and use the Log Modifier on it. Change the log so that the 'From' IP is the one given to you in the mission statement (i.e. Change 127.0.0.1 to whatever IP you have been given). Delete the 'Admin Access' log, and disconnect. Go to the Uplink News page, and fast forward, until news that the target has been arrested for hacking the Bank appears. Once it does, you can reply to the mail and finish the mission.

Than what I have to write in Criminal Data Base for arrest him for financial fraud ? When Im adding 'financial fraud' 2 times but it is not enough, it says the person must have 2 prior convictions and has broken parole for the arrest actions.

then Im pushung Arrest button and it says that he will be arrested in 3h, but as you can see it doesnt works
Who knows any more "words" (e.g. parole) with which person arrest can be acepted ?

In this particular type of mission - any where you have to have them arrested for a specific crime - you have to steal money and then implicate them for doing it. That's why you are provided with their computer's IP along with the mission. Follow the excerpt from the guide which frenchfrog has provided.

Okay, but they are not being arrested for Financial Fraud -- they are being arrested for Breaking Parole. Watch the news. You would see that. Look at the guide excerpt that frenchfrog posted. Release the person, then do what that says.
