Failed Upgrade

Hi all,

I have tried purchasing a new gate way 3 times. Each time the money is deducted, and I get the e-mails with them about to begin the work and then to log out and log back in. but the gateway is never upgraded.

Other hardware upgrades seem to work fine.

any ideas?

If I remember correctly, you need to wait for 24 hour before logging in to get for new gateway. (They will send you message when the work is completed)

I was waiting 24 hours... though I tracked it to a vista issue.

I copied the user folder from protected space to the uplink dir and changed uplink to run in xp and admin mode.

now it works
