Bug in 1.48Download on WinXP Home SP2

Postby opitzs » Fri Sep 29, 2006 12:12 am

Hi,

I first send an email to introversion, before checking here, sorry for that...

I just downloaded and installed the game.

Problem:
I get a mission to check the bank account of some person. I hack in (with monitor bypasser and proxy bypasser) and send the reply, while I am still in the account. I get back, that that information must be false, please check again. This happens independent of the view of the bank account I am in, it even happens, when I close the connection to the bank and then reply.

It is the same with the mission to check for some money transfer.

Those missions are de facto insolvable.

I didn't check for the other bank mission types.

Thanks in advance for any help.

The server/screen you're are connected to when replying to a mission is irrelevant. Put in the email body the information they are asking.

Oh my, I feel so degenerate, I was so into this routine of clicking reply/send, that I never bothered to look at the mail itself.

Thank you very much for your help!
