[1.46 Steam] LAN's broken?

This is the ARC mainframe for the ARCfiltration mission.
Notice there are none of those fancy lines between any object.
I have the highest versions of every LAN program. When I click connect on anything, even hubs, i get no response. Bug?

Obvious question: did you run LAN_Probe on them, or just click them?
