Crash when creating bank account

I've just started a new profile, and Uplink crashes to the desktop whenever I try to create a bank account with Micro Microsystems International Bank (the user account is very new, all I have done so far is get the locations of seven banks off InterNIC & create three other bank accounts, I haven't done the test mission or anything else). The crash occurs without fail if I load the profile again and try again to create an account with that particular bank.

The error I get is "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x004d0c90"

I've copied the top of my errorlog below (I've made a copy of it if you would like me to email the entire thing to a specific location. I also have the profile available if you would like to try and recreate the crash):
