Lag on some clicks with or without my firewall.

On my computer there is a lag when I click certain buttens.
The vertion's I have this on is. 1.31 - 1.31c
The important hardware is

Processor: 3.2ghz intell P4 Hyper Threded
MB: P4P800 Delux Edition
Video card: ATI Radion X800 Pro
Sound Card: Creative Audigy 2 ZS
RAM: 1gb


Weather on a fresh install. No internet. No firewall. Just my Sound drivers, video drivers, Uplink install.
Or if I install all my stuff it still lag's on certain clicks. Like after clicking the disconnect buttion and that OK to being disconected before getting your gateway totaly back. It makes the game hard to play when your in the middle and it dose the lag and half your times gone. Of cource thats a bit of an exaguration its not that bad but its bad.

PS. It dose not affect the demo.
