How to see contents of world.dat

How do you see the contents of world.dat? I used redshirt to decrypt it but it still is encoded or something. Help I don't care if it spoils the game.

EDIT: Well I changed the decoded one from world.dat to world.mp3 and I can hear music. But I still want to see what's in the file because I think it's like data.dat only you have to do something else.

EDIT2: GAH! I posted this is the wrong forum! =(
