Cant Run Game

Ive Uninstalled, deleted, installed, Run, gotten error, patched, and tried to run the game but every time i get the same error. Heres the debug.log

1)delete uplink folder

2)install uplink and patch to the lastest version without going  by the 1.01 patch (go directly from a fresh 1.0 install to the lastest version of uplink (1.31)).

3) restart new agent in the lastest version.

4) if is not working delete the "options" file in the users folder before installing the patch.
