Tracing a hacker problem

I was tracing a hacker and i traced him all the way to his computer. I reply with the hacker's name Paul Speed. I get a message saying We know who themoney was transfered too but we think this isnt the hacker, or something like that. This mission had nothing to do with finding who transfered money. Whats going on?
