Uplink repetadly crashing

Well, I don't think that this will help, but you could try the following things: Install the latest drivers for your graphics card, remove (or rename) the opengl32.dll file from your Uplink directory, start the game with some of the command line options which are described in the readme.txt file (in your Uplink directory), like "+graphics_safemode".

However, I don't even know if your problem is graphics related. There seem to be some pretty weird bugs left, even in the 1.31 version of Uplink. A developer CD with the source code of the game is going to be (hopefully) released this month, and a lot of people from the forum are already waiting to fix bugs...
