I ordered Uplink like millions of weeks ago (okay, last week, but it felt like millions :) and I can't wait! I live in Southeast Asia, so it is understandable that the delivery will take longer than usual.

Altough I'm wondering if anybody around here is from Asia and has ordered Uplink from the net, how long did it take to arrive from the moment you order?

My question is about the gateway upgrade in the demo. Can it be done? I upgraded my gateway (they told me to log off and log on), but when I try to log on again, fatal error occured. Any solution?

I'm a little new to the game, but yeah its simple.  The demo has restrictions.  The demo is still v1-00  and the gateway upgrades didn't come untill the second patch release. the natakkomi (however you say it) patch, allowed for gateway upgrades. The demo wont allow it and the patch wont work for the demo
