Slow Runner

Uplink is really slow on my computer but i can't work out why, i am running a p200, i have tried deleting the open g file in the directory but this just removes all the spaces (_) in the text

Firstly: make sure you run the latest patch.
Then: make sure you don't run any themes
Try to reduce the resolution...
But then I have to say that a Pentium 200 mmx isn't exactly the fastest machine to play with...*duck*
