I enter in Global Crime  and changed my own file to be arrested. Uplink news report my arrest but it does not true so now i can do everything without police problems.

I've never even thought of trying that, for any reason.  This is another great example of the "what-if" scenario, something key to becoming a computer/network guru.  I hate to use the term hacker, cause people have totally destroyed its meaning, completely distorted it.
Can you do what I do?  Can you hunt deer and cyber-criminals at the same time?  Ete mor dere!

Well this is one of those places where the simulation breaks down.  Although that is probably a good thing.  :)
